Club Membership
All youth between the ages of 5 years old (if they have completed their first day of kindergarten) through 18 years old may become members. Membership forms must be completed on an annual basis by a parent or guardian. To become a member, you can fill out the required membership form, stop by your Clubhouse, or click here to register online.
Completed Registration forms can be taken to your local Clubhouse.

- $75/child for School Year
- $75/child for the Summer Program (starts at 10am)
- $5/day for Rising Sun Club (8am-10am)
Scholarships are available upon request.
