Join the Club!
Club membership - All youth between the ages of 5 years old through 18 years old may become members if they have completed their first day of kindergarten. Membership forms must be completed on an annual basis by a parent or guardian. To become a member, you can fill out the required form below or stop by your Clubhouse.
Completed Registration forms can be taken to your local Clubhouse.
Registration Fees for Howell Mountain ONLY**
- $75/child for School Year
- $75/child for the Summer Program
- $5/per day - Spring/Winter Breaks (each child)
- $5/per day - School In-Service Days (each child)
Scholarships are available upon request.
Teen Membership for St. Helena and Calistoga Teen Centers is FREE OF CHARGE
**Membership Fees for Calistoga Clubhouse are covered by the Calistoga Joint Unified School District. This includes the Summer and School Year fee.
